The SDEVM (CLD) offers several financial programs to assist new businesses in the Borough of Ville-Marie. They are especially designed for:
- Start-up businesses;
- Businesses in a marketing phase;
- Women in business;
- Export-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs);
- Financing firm contracts obtained by new SMEs.
