The SDEVM (CLD) has several financial programs to assist young businesses  Our target clienteles are:

Exporting SMEs; 
Financing firm contracts of a young SME. 
Eligibility criteria :

The business must be for-profit, be established in the territory served by the SDÉVM and be incorporated at the time of the granting of the financial assistance of the SDÉVM. Priority is given to companies operating in the motor tertiary sector (information technology, telecommunications, web technologies, video games, multimedia, etc.).
